Campground Description

The Gilbert Plains Centennial Park Campground is located in a valley on the west side of town. The park is home to 33 campsites, picnic area, playground and the newly developed Oksana & Quinn Dutchyshen Memorial Splashpark. The campground also offers wheelchair accessible bathrooms and showers. The park offers free firewood in the summer. This park is situated on the gentle Valley River that is suitable for swimming, rafting and canoeing. There is a beautiful 18-Hole golf course that offers a licensed restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. In the winter, the park is popular with tobogganers and cross-country skiers as there is a groomed trail.
