Campground Description
Booking for cabins only on this page. To book an RV or tent site please go to the Plamondon Whitesands Resort page - https://www.campreservations.ca/campground/plamondon-whitesands-resort-434 We are a family-oriented RV park/campground with the availability of full hook ups. Potable water on each site with a 30 amp plug adapter, and sewer outlet. Whether you are roughing it or “glamping,” you will be impressed with our campground. This beautiful RV park is located on the west shore of Lac La Biche Lake. We have 2 parks for the kids, a volleyball net and a driving range coming soon (set to open August 2019). Enjoy lawn games on our open field with your family and friends, or sand castle building on the beach. We have 2 washroom facilities with flush toilets, coin showers, and sinks. Handicap washrooms are also available and 2 laundromats. Grandma's store on site convenience store, has a little bit of everything, but not too much of one thing, and serves the best soft serve ice cream in the area, or so we are told. With extended hours on weekends, travelers can come spend a few minutes in “Grandma’s store” and find all the little necessities they may have forgotten to bring or just have to have!! Our family looks forward to seeing you on your next camping adventure!!!
Local Attractions
Plamondon Whitesands RV Park is located just minutes outside the town of Plamondon. The town that has a lot of history, some of which that can be checked out at their unique heritage park, with mini replica structures to represent the town and how it used to be, (tours are available upon request.) Want to see more history, Plamondon museum also boasts a lot of town history, or take a short drive to the Lac La Biche Mission historical site and have a tour, or enjoy many events they host on Canada Day. Our community is also famous for their annual events, which include a mini music jamboree hosted every June and Mud Bog racing weekend event held every July. Also in July the nearby town of Lac La Biche hosts their annual Pow Wow fair weekend for 3 days. We have so much to offer in our community and surrounding area. Come spend some time at our RV park and enjoy the peace and quiet or take a tour to check out some of our near by attractions. We look forward to having you.

Absolutely NO MUSIC of any kind allowed after 11:00 pm. (NO loud talking, cursing,
etc.) Respect your neighbor!
Please do not blast music from your car, trailer or stereo system.
All sewer outlets must have a proper fitting to seal it off for environmental
reasons. (Don’t stuff your hose down the hole).
Children & youth under 18 must be at parent or guardians site by 11:00 pm.
Keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up behind them (the next campers do not like
stepping in dog poop).
Please note the campground has 30-amp service only.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on road or empty lots (use designated parking)
Please leave your site as clean as you found it (surcharge could be applied).
No food or garbage is to be thrown in fire pits.
(Let’s keep the bears and scavengers away).
There is No Cutting of trees or branches (surcharge WILL be applied).
Alcohol is allowed on your site ONLY.
Absolutely NO FIRES or camping on the beach.
Any person wanting to wash their trailer, must purchase a permit at the office. The cost
is $40.00, we haul all our water into the resort.
No washing of boats or vehicles permitted.
Firing off fireworks without a permit is illegal. Please obtain a permit from the office.
Campers and Visitors must stop at the office upon arrival for a parking pass.
Visitors must leave by 11:00 pm.
No ATV’S or GAS-POWERED TOYS allowed in campground.
Group Area - No extension cords to be run from shelter for any reason.
