Campground Description
Victoria Park Campground is nestled in beautiful Victoria Park located along Plum Creek and the Souris River. Victoria Park provides a great family campground, walking trails, boat launch, playgrounds, picnic areas, and outdoor swimming pool with water slides. A large open area “The Bowl” is a welcoming spot for a family game of soccer, throwing a Frisbee, or just about any non-motorized recreation activity. Ask our friendly staff for information on the amenities of our park.

VICTORIA PARK CAMPGROUND RULES
- Speed limit is 10km/hr.
- Overflow parking for additional guests is located at the pool parking lot.
- Check in 3:00p.m. Please report to the pool office upon arrival. Check out 1:00p.m.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- Please put all trash in dumpsters and recycling in bins located throughout the campground. It is your responsibility to leave your site clean and usable for the next camper.
- Quiet time is between 11p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Fires are permitted in the pits provided and must be controlled and extinguished when site is unoccupied.
- DO NOT burn garbage in the firepit or put garbage in the firepit at any time, or when you leave.
- Firewood is available for purchase at the campground office.
- Picnic tables and fire pits are not to be removed from the sites.
- No dumping grey water into trees etc. There is a sewer dumping station at the campground park entrance.
- No flushing feminine products or baby wipes in trailers or the main washrooms. The sewer system is not designed to handle this.
- No quads, dirt bikes or off-road vehicles allowed in either campground.
- We reserve the right to immediately evict, without refund, any guests who do not abide by these rules.
- If you require assistance with your site during your stay please respectfully check with the staff at the pool office.

| - All pets must be supervised, properly restrained and under control at all times. |
| - Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. |
| - Pets are not allowed in washrooms. |
| - Excessive barking will not be tolerated. |
| - No more than two (2) animals per campsite will be allowed. |
Cancellation Policy
2023 Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
If a reservation is cancelled four days prior to arrival, campers will receive a full refund less the $5.00 reservation fee and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel less than four days before your check in date, we will charge the credit card on file for the first night per site booked and any credit card processing fees. If you do not show up for your site, you will forfeit all fees.
There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee applied to each transaction. Full payment plus the reservation fee is required before a reservation can be confirmed. A Visa or MasterCard credit card will be required.
Requests for refunds for leaving early, prior to reservation check out, will be considered for medical reasons and must be in writing to sourisrec@gmail.com
Refunds are not given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor bans, getting lost, etc.

General
-Wood is available for purchase at the campground office and is the camper's responsibility to transport to site. Please request wood prior to 8:45 PM.
-Visitors to a site are the responsibility of the registered guest.
- Unoccupied sites and roadways are not to be used for parking. Unauthorized parking may result in vehicles being towed at the owner’s expense.
- Vandalism will not be tolerated. Offenders will be prosecuted.
- Any tampering with the park's infrastructure of any type will result in immediate eviction and may also involve prosecution.
- Campsite modifications and any additional structures including, but not limited to decks, sheds, flower beds must be submitted by email to the sourisrec@gmail.com for consideration of approval prior to construction or moving in of structures.
- Belligerent or threatening acts towards guests, staff or parks board members will not be tolerated and may result in eviction with no refunds.
- Children regularly play in our campground. Please use caution when driving your vehicle or moving your camping unit.
- Campers are responsible for the observance of the bylaws personally and by your immediate family, members, guests, visitors or other persons attending the registration to you in the campground.
-Failure to observe or comply with the campground regulations or to pay rent due date(s) may result in eviction.
-We reserve the right to refuse service.
-The Souris Glenwood Parks and Recreation and/or the Municipality of Souris-Glenwood is not responsible for any loss to fire, accident, theft, act of nature or any act beyond their control.
-If you do not show up for your site, you will forfeit all fees paid.
-We reserve the right to change your campsite.
